Everyone looks forward to spending time in the mountains with friends and family, and these days “time” is one of the most valuable commodities we have. Don’t spend your time dealing with maintenance issues during your visits. Allow us to personally get your mountain property totally dialed-in and keep it that way. No more surprises, no more trying to schedule contractors and service providers over the weekend and having to be there to meet them, no more changing your plans to deal with issues that were unforeseen and could have been dealt with before you arrived. You can relax knowing that someone you can trust is making regular site visits to your home, dealing with issues as they occur, and keeping you in the loop the entire time.
Invoicing: All scheduled site visits are billed on a monthly basis. NOTE: Items other than scheduled site visits including: all emergency services, fee based services, repairs, and maintenance will be billed monthly as they occur. Invoices from other contractors and subcontractors will be forwarded to the Property Owner / Agent for direct payment upon receipt. For very large estate properties, additional fees may apply if a standard site check cannot be completed in less than 45 minutes. This will be determined during the initial property review.
Cancellation or Changes: Site visit schedules may be altered, amended, suspended, or terminated by the property owner at any time by communicating this desire to Ridgeline Property Services. A confirmation email will be sent to the Property Owner / Agent to confirm the request and avoid misunderstandings. If an agreement is terminated, any unspent balance to the customer's account will be completely reimbursed to the Property Owner / Agent.
Reports, Emergency Calls, and Other Services: A report will be emailed within 48 hours after each site visit. Emergency situations will result in immediate direct calls or emails to the Property Owner / Agent and local authorities as needed. "Storm Checks" will also be performed on all properties following severe tropical or winter weather systems and an email will be sent to the Owner to report on the state of the property, including power outages, downed trees etc.
